Policies for 2025 + 2026 Weddings + Large Events:

$250 minimum for all non-wedding deliveries
$500 minimum for all wedding deliveries
If a faux tiered cake is included in an order, the purchase of a sheet cake/cakes is required
Date Deposits are $258.75 and are non-refundable
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon receipt of final invoice and contract unless a date retainer has been paid previously for said event
A date retainer or 25% final order deposit must be made to solidify your date and are non-refundable once paid. Your date is not set unless a deposit is paid. There are no un-official or non-verbalized reservations of dates on large event orders.
All cake served at the event must be provided by Kayli Bakes Cakes unless discussed otherwise. Please inquire for details.

2026 Wedding Dates NO LONGER available:

June: 1st-11th, 14th-30th

October: 10th, 17th

November: 9th-19th, 22nd-30th

December: 10th

At least a month's notice is preferred for all custom orders. All orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice are subject to late fees.
